At Sattvini, we strive to deliver quality products and a smooth shopping experience. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.
Return Window
You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
After 7 days, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Unboxing Video Requirement
An unboxing video is mandatory to raise any claim for damaged, defective, or wrong items.
Please record a clear 360° video in good lighting from the moment you open the parcel — this will be used as verification during your return or refund request.
Return Shipping Charge
For all approved returns, a return shipping fee of ₹110–₹150 will be deducted from your refund amount, depending on the pickup location.
Exchange Policy
We only allow exchanges for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered.

Exchanges are subject to availability of the same product.

Minor color/design variation from the website is not considered a defect and is not eligible for exchange.
To request an exchange, email us at contact@sattvini.com with order details, photos, and the unboxing video.

Refund Eligibility
To qualify for a refund:

The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

A valid proof of purchase and unboxing video must be provided.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 working days via the original payment method.
The return shipping cost (₹110–₹150) will be deducted from the final refund amount.
Delayed or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:

Sale & Clearance Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds.
Sale or discounted items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift during purchase and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
If it wasn’t marked as a gift, the refund will be sent to the original purchaser.
